Babes in Christ

We all start as babies in the Kingdom of God. We need to grow from there. God wants growth. Like we expect of our own children, He wants us to try new things, to learn to walk, talk, and run, to constantly strive to be more. It’s okay to be a baby, it’s good to be a child, but we need to continue to mature. The difference between a master and amateur is the hours they put in. We will make mistakes. God will discipline us for our imperfections, and it is our job to take that correction and apply it to ourselves to our lives so we will improve. Learn the simple things first, apply them to your life, and then build on that foundation.
